I would like to make this clear

I did not storm out of the office in a huff at any point today.

Certainly not. I would never be so unprofessional.

I may have left for lunch very forcefully. But that is entirely coincidence.

I seem to be carrying around a lot of low-level anger and grumpiness.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can get rid of it and generally pep up my attitude..?

Remember my post from a couple of weeks ago? When I cried? I seriously feel 100% better since then.

But I so know how you feel, I just felt like I was walking on eggshells all the time.. AROUND MYSELF.

I have just taken up boxing once a week and it really seems to help, I picture certain peoples heads on the mitts and have a good old punch.

Don't know if any of that helps

Ps Yes, me, at the gym. No, not my wedding. Yes. At the gym. ME!

Heart The Views - You are right! Some investigation reveals I have broken into Brazil and Algeria this month - woot!

JulaBerry - You are wise. I should get back into fencing. Why did I not think if this before?? And I never questioned you ability in the gym - I was more concerned that you'd slipped in an engagement and I'd missed it. :-)

if woot is a happy noise, you are easily pleased (this is possibly a good thing)!

Get yourself a decent man - or a decent sh*g and bonk his brains out. Not literally, but y'know, sex can relieve a lot of tension...and put a smile on your face to boot.

The Two Brewers is only round the corner from you isn't it?

Heart the views - Woot is more than a noise - it was last year's word of the year. Although I am still very easily please.

Cheeser - yes, well, that's all very easy to say for those of us who are in happy and lasting relationships, isn't it. I think the search for a wonderful man may run beyond the Two Sewers - not that I don't like the odd turn on the dancefloor there. :-)

Don't worry, I am very dubious about my gym going myself.

Oh dear, well yes I know it's easy for me to say...just trying to help...

Cheeser - any help in these dark times is much appreciated. And you get extra marks for using 'bonk'. :-)
